StatusBar Progress is an Internet Explorer 11 plug-in that displays the progress bar at the bottom right-hand corner of the Internet Explorer window, which shows how a site is loading.
Starting from version 9, Internet Explorer doesn't have the progress bar anymore (hence no progress bar on the Windows 7 taskbar too).
The StatusBar Progress utility shows the classic progress control and does a better job of keeping you informed on the status of a loading page.

Installation
• Download the setup package.
• CLOSE ALL RUNNING PROGRAMS.
• Run Setup.exe and follow the on-screen instructions.
